The second driver will be waiting for you at the border check point after you enter Vietnam / Phnom Penh. Both transfers are private; there are no other passengers in the vehicles.
2. Kindly note that our travel services company isn’t responsible for issues that may happen in passport control and result in denial of entry into Vietnam or Cambodia such as visa issues, test result issues, missing documents.
3. The payment should be paid to the first driver in full upon arrival at the border.
If there are any issues that result in denial of entry into Vietnam or Cambodia, the payment is non-refundable as we need to cover the costs of the second driver, who will drive to meet you at the border.
