Xuan Huong Lake

Xuan Huong Lake is a beautiful lake located in the center of Dalat city. Around the lake are pine forests and beautiful flower gardens.

We enjoy walking along the lake, enjoying the fresh air, and relaxing. The lake is also near Dalat night market, so we usually stop for street food.

Clay Tunnel

Passing through a vast, green pine forest on a winding, romantic road, you will reach Da Lat Clay Tunnel, a place not to be missed if you have the opportunity to come to Da Lat.

The clay tunnel is also known as a sculpture tunnel or red soil tunnel, and it is located about 13km from the center of Da Lat city.

The tunnel stretches over 1.2 km with more than thousands of artworks made of basalt clay, which is the unique feature of the area’s soil.

Da Lat Train Station

Da Lat Railway station is the oldest and unique railway project in Vietnam and Indochina. With a route of 7 km, the train will take you to explore the mountain town. Because the train runs very slow, you can see the famous landmarks along the way.

The final point of this train is Linh Phuoc Pagoda – a unique Buddhist architecture in Trai Mat town. Even if you don’t take the train, this train station is still an excellent place for photography lovers. The station still preserves old tracks, old train engines, and cabins.

During the blooming season of wildflowers, the whole station area becomes colorful and lively.

Linh Phuoc Pagoda

Linh Phuoc Pagoda is one of the most impressive pagodas we’ve ever visited. This unique pagoda is made of thousands of bottles.

Also, you can visit the “18 floors of hell” - where the temple simulates the scene of hell with the message about karma and Buddhist philosophies.

Robin Hill

Robin Hill is one of our favorite places to visit in Da Lat. This hill has a convenient location and offers a panoramic view of the area.

From here, you can easily see the impressive pine forest or take a look at the peaceful city in the mist. In addition, the cable car system here will surely bring you many unforgettable experiences.

Tuyen Lam Lake

Tuyen Lam lake is a must-see spot in Da Lat. Because it’s not too far from the city center, you can either take a cable car from Robin hill or rent a motorbike to get there.

We enjoyed walking along the lake and stopped by a cafe for a meal. The whole area is gorgeous, and the lake is very peaceful.

Early morning (6 am to 9 am) or afternoon (4 pm – 6 pm) is the best time to explore the lake and its scenic surroundings.

Truc Lam Monastery

From Tuyen Lam Lake, you can take the stairs up to visit Truc Lam Zen Monastery. You can visit four areas: the monastic hermitage, the monk area, the outer area, and the inner house.

The flower garden area is a must visit. There are many beautiful flowers, such as firecrackers, hydrangeas, or tiger nail flowers.

Puppy Farm

If you love playing with puppies, don’t miss the Puppy farm on your trip to Dalat.

You can play with the cute puppies while exploring beautiful flower gardens and fruit gardens when coming here.

Da Lat Cathedral

Da Lat Cathedral (Rooster Cathedral) is the largest church in Da Lat. The French designed this unique architecture in the Roman Catholic style.

It is called the Rooster Cathedral because a rooster statue is attached to the top of the church’s bell tower.

The market is considered the “heart of Da Lat city” as all trading activities occur here.

Da Lat market offers its visitors an exciting way to enjoy this town. If you’re looking for an authentic Da Lat food tour experience, I highly recommend trying some dishes in this market.

The market in Dalat is very famous for street food, and you can try a lot of delicious dishes without breaking the bank. Da Lat market is also an excellent place for shopping with various products. Some Da Lat specialties are strawberry, dried persimmon, jam, wine, and flowers.

Lam Vien Square

Lam Vien Square is located in the city’s center, overlooking Xuan Huong Lake, with 72,000 m².

Bao Dai Palace III

Bao Dai Palace was designed by French architect and Vietnamese architect Huynh Tan Phat. Therefore, the residence is influenced by European architecture. Visiting the palace, you can understand the glorious history of this land while seeing the architectural masterpiece.

Lac Tien Gioi - Place to get new experiences in Da Lat

With its own unique beauty, Lac Tien Gioi treats visitors with a pristine mountain and forest landscape, with a hot air balloon above and a tranquil lake below. The favorite check-in point of this place is the piano placed under the lake and the corners of the lake, which is extremely shimmering.

From the center of Da Lat city, you can follow Hoang Van Thu street, go to Van Thanh flower village, follow Ta Nung road, continue to go about 4km more to get there.

Cau Dat Tea Hill

Cau Dat tea hill is one of the most popular destinations in Da Lat, Vietnam. The immense green tea farm with fresh air is ideal for a peaceful experience in the countryside.

Cau Dat tea hill is nearly 100 years old, stretching over a large area up to 230 hectares, with an altitude of 1650 meters above sea level.

On the way to Cau Dat village, we could see lovely houses designed in France architectural style, flower gardens with bright colors alternating high green pine hills.

Hydrangea Garden

Dalat is considered a paradise of poetic flower fields. In addition to the roses, wild anemones, we also love visiting Hydrangeas Flower Garden.

Hydrangeas are planted along hillsides or on both sides of the aisle.

Address: This field of hydrangeas is located in the Trai Mat area, Xuan Tho commune, about 15km from the center of Da Lat city.

Sunny Farm
