Binh Ba island (đảo Bình Ba) is a beautiful island not far from mainland about 20km (13miles), located in Cam Ranh bay, Cam Binh ward – Cam Ranh city – Khanh Hoa province (60km (39miles) from Nha Trang and 15km (10miles) from airport.

The island is also known under the name Lobster island (đảo Tôm Hùm), because this place is famous for big and tasty lobsters. Binh Ba’s sea is not noisy, bustling and urbanized like neighboring sites (Nha Trang, Mui Ne – Phan Thiet), but it’s still pristine with 2 long and beautiful beaches.

Located not far from the lobster island Binh Ba is a green island Binh Hung of the city Cam Ranh, Khanh Hoa with pristine and attractive beauty.

Binh Hung Island, about 30 kilometers by road from Cam Ranh City and then about 10 minutes by boat, has stunning beaches, crystal-clear water, lobster farms and giant rocks. The centenarian Hon Chut Lighthouse is also a must-see destination in Binh Hung where tourists can take a panoramic view of the island.

The wharf to Binh Hung is located in the middle of the Vinh Hy-Binh Tien pass, a 17 kilometre stretch of scenic coastal road in Ninh Thuan province that should be on every traveller came to Vietnam should be seen. Cam Ranh city is a good base to explore the island as a daytrip: It is 24 kilometres to Binh Tien beach, which is the start of the route, or 30 kilometres total to the wharf.

The Fresh Water beach is a very special beach because from the outside, there is the sea with salt water, and in the island, there is a cave which preserves fresh water. The locals will take you Banana Beach (or Bãi Chuối), one of the best place to observe the coral in Binh Hung.
