How to make payment
Number of payment methods are available to you depending upon your payment option.
1. Online Payment
Payment of tour, hotel accommodation, car rental, etc... the services can be paid by credit card through online payment system.
All transactions are processed securely using SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) at MasterCard system. Hai Tuan Travel do not store any information related to your card in Hai Tuan Travel system. Your card information is totally secured at the MasterCard System.

Payment with credit card and ATM Local cards:
We connect with VTC Pay Payment Gateway to accept Online Card Payment. All of your card information are processed through SSL protocol with international card security standard. Your card information will not be stored at our system (merchant) but MasterCard with international security standard.
After you have choosen to pay us online with Visa, MasterCard, JCB Card, or ATM Local cards. You will make the online payment through the following simple steps guidence through online payment system.
2. Payment by bank account transfer
It is possible to pay Services by direct transfer of money to Hai Tuan Travel’s bank account.

Payment of Services can be made in Vietnamese Dong (VND) or US Dollar (USD)
