Travel to Phu Quoc by the sea, you can catch a Ferry in Ha Tien or Rach Gia from the mainland. There is also two choices of Ferry, the slow ferry and the fast ferry. You can catch fast ferry in both Ha Tien or Rach Gia but if you want to slow down, enjoy the sea travel a little bit before arrive to the island, Ha Tien is the only choice.
Fast Ferry
To fastest way to get to Phu Quoc Island by sea is taking the “Fast Ferry” offered by the Speedboat Corporation. The ferry is called the “Superdong” and it has only two routes: Rach Gia – Phu Quoc island and Ha Tien – Phu Quoc island. All boats leaving the mainland will dock at Vong Beach on Phu Quoc Island. At Vong Beach there will be taxis and shared minibuses waiting for you to take to your destination.

Ha Tien to Phu Quoc (fast ferry) : 90 minutes
Ha Tien to Phu Quoc (slow ferry) : 120 minutes
Rach Gia to Phu Quoc (fast ferry) : 120 minutes
Rach Gia to Phu Quoc (slow ferry): 180 minutes
