Vouchers can be used to deposit and purchase any services available on Hai Tuan Travel website muine-explorer.com, you can also use your voucher to pay for hotel/ resort room night that was making reservation with Hai Tuan Travel for any hotel/ resort in Mui Ne, Ho Chi Minh city and any other destination. You have 24 months to make a booking with your voucher to travel anytime in the future.
Travel Voucher Terms of Use
Travel Vouchers are issued by Hai Tuan Travel
Travel Vouchers are valid for 24 months after the issue date and they can be redeemed within that time on our site.
At the expiry of the initial validity term of the voucher, any remaining value may be extended for a further one-year period.
Travel vouchers can be redeemed for cash at the end of their 24 months’ validity period with the same amount refund plus bonus 16% of the total value. Or can be extended for a further one-year period with the same value.
Travel Vouchers can only be redeemed in the currency of issue.
Travel Vouchers can only be redeemed by the recipient of the voucher.
If the total amount of service exceeds the value of the Travel Voucher(s) used to pay for the booking, any price difference can be paid with by cash or bank transfer.
If you don”t use all of your voucher balance at one time, you can use your voucher code for future transactions.
Travel Vouchers can be used as payment for transportation, tours, hotel bookings and other services available at Hai Tuan Travel.
This voucher is transferable subject to certain terms and conditions.
